What if my order has not arrived?

Please contact us via email or Instagram/Facebook if you feel your item may be missing or is delayed well beyond our usually shipping times, so we can arrange a solution.

How do I remove creases or folds in my items?

Larger overlays are often packaged with bubble wrap and may be folded once or twice. These folds may be noticeable when you unpackaged the item, however these do not impact the function of the overlay. Once peeled from the backing the vinyl will smooth as it adheres to the surface of the car. If as you apply, a crease seems stubborn gently apply heat from a heat gun or hair dryer.

We have had countless successful installs and have always packaged our larger overlays this way.

How do I view the instructions?

Instructions can be viewed via the QR code printed on our thank you cards, sent with each order. They can be found under “help” on our website. If you read the instructions and need further help please don’t hesitate to contact us.

What if I receive the wrong item?

If you are sent the incorrect item or what you believe to not be what you ordered, please contact us via email

What are the products made of?

Our products are manufactured using the highest quality Automotive Vinyl from Orafol Australia and Hexis Australia.

How long do the products last for?

Our products last for 5 – 7 years however this is dependent on product care over the period of time they are applied.

How much will shipping cost to my country?

Australia: Standard Tracked $6.99

Australia: Express Tracked $10.99

New Zealand: Standard Tracked $9.99

New Zealand: Express Tracked $19.99

All other International: $20.00

How long does shipping take?

Domestic (Within Australia): Estimated 5-9 business days

International: Estimated 15-20 business days

Will you send me a tracking number?

All our packages are sent via Australia Post or couriers. Tracking is provided via email. If you don’t receive your tracking number please get in touch and the team can provide it.

How long does it take for my order to be packed and shipped?

All our products are manufactured in house and therefore require a lead time of approximately 3 business days before the products are dispatched.

Can I change my order?

Orders can be amended prior to being dispatched but you must contact us with 24 hours of ordering via email or facebook/insatgram.
