What if my order has not arrived?

Please contact us via Facebook Messenger or email if you feel your item may be missing or is delayed well beyond our usually shipping times, so we can arrange a solution.

How do I remove creases or folds in my items?

Creases can easily be removed prior to application by removing the vinyl product from the backing and gently applying heat from a hair dryer or heat gun over the creased area.

How do I view the instructions?

Instructions can be viewed via the QR code printed on our business cards, sent with each order. They can also be found on your order confirmation email.

What if I receive the wrong item?

If you are sent the incorrect item or what you believe to not be what you ordered, please contact us via Facebook Messenger or email and we can arrange a replacement.

What are the products made of?

Our products are manufactured using Oracal Automative Vinyl.

How long do the products last for?

Our products last for 5 – 7 years however this is dependent on product care over the period of time they are applied.

How much will shipping cost to my country?

Australia: Free Shipping

International: Flat rate of $15.00

How long does shipping take?

Domestic (Within Australia): 5-9 business days

International: 4 – 8 weeks.

Will you send me a tracking number?

All our packages are sent via Standard Australia Post and therefore no tracking is provided.

How long does it take for my order to be packed and shipped?

All our products are manufactured in house and therefore require a lead time of 1-3 business days prior to being sent.

Can I change my order?

Orders can be amended prior to being sent out, so please contact us ASAP via Facebook Messenger or email.
