Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Change of Mind

21 Overlays will not provide refunds for change of mind. 

If you have changed your mind soon after purchasing, you can reach out to customer service and 21 Overlays can remove the product prior to dispatch (within 24 hours of ordering). 

If  you have received the product, it can be returned unused in the same condition it arrived in for a store credit only. 

Incorrect Product Purchase

Customers who have incorrectly purchased a product that does not fit their car can:

  1. Return the product for a store credit for the full amount of the purchase.
  2. Exchange the incorrect item for the correct fitting item if 21 Overlays stocks it. 
  3. Receive a refund of the product cost excluding the shipping, this option is only available if 21 Overlays does not stock the product they are in need of.

Faulty Products

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, contact 21 Overlays via admin@21overlays.com.au with a photo showing the faults. Once assessed by the team, 21 Overlays will resend the item. 

Please note our products do come folded with bubble wrap between. These folds do not qualify as a fault and are easily removed firstly once peeled of the backing and when applied to the surface of the car.

Return Cost

21 Overlays do not provide free returns, and all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer. However products are light and should not incur a large cost to post back. 

Return/Exchange Form

If you believe you are eligible for an exchange or return, you must be in contact with a customer service representative who will provide you with a return or exchange form. 

Any products sent back without a return/exchange form will be void.
