Refund policy
Returns
21 Overlays accepts returns within 28 days of the delivery date. Product must be returned in the same condition it arrived to be eligible for a partial refund and store credit.
We do not offer free returns, you will be required to pay for your return postage. You must contact our customer service team to obtain a returns form that must be included in the parcel.
Refunds
For change of mind/incorrect product purchase returns 21 Overlays will offer:
- A partial refund for the product cost. A 20% restocking fee will be applied as our products are made to order. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
- A store credit for the FULL product cost. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
No refunds will be provided for inability to install products, assess your skill and confidence level prior to purchasing. If you fail your install contact our customer service team. The team will check eligibility for our $1 replacement part and/or provide a custom price for you to re-buy a part of your kit.
Damaged items and order issues
You must check your items immediately upon receiving them. If you notice a defect/ damage or that the wrong item has been sent, it is your responsibility to contact the team within 48 hours of receiving the package.
You must email with the following:
- Description of the damage
- Photos of the damage to the product
- A photo of the packaging
