Shipping Destinations

We ship to:

  • All of Australia
  • Worldwide
  • Parcel Lockers and PO Boxes

Please note: International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged at their local port of entry. These charges are not collected or controlled by 21 Overlays.

 

Processing Times

We have a current lead time of 3-4 business days prior to dispatch, as we cut all vinyl to order. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. 

 

Shipping Estimates and Pricing

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: 4–9 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $100

  • All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as Australia Post and CouriersPlease with tracking included.

International Shipping

  • International shipping options are available at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary depending on location, typically between 7–14 business days.

  • Customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • If your tracking hasn’t updated after 48 hours, feel free to contact us at admin@21overlays.com.au.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your order is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

  • Please note we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
