Terms & Conditions: Paint Protection Films

At 21 Overlays, our Paint Protection Film (PPF) kits are designed as DIY products and are made-to-order using precision pre-cut templates specific to your vehicle. Please read the following policy carefully before purchasing.

Purchasing Conditions

By purchasing a PPF kit from 21 Overlays, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Installation is 100% DIY and performed at your own risk.

  • Skill and confidence are required — we recommend reviewing the install process and assessing your ability prior to purchase.

  • Each kit is custom cut per order and cannot be resold or reused.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our PPF kits, we do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Lack of ability to install the product successfully

  • Damaged film caused during installation

Replacements

  • We do not offer free replacements for pieces damaged during installation.

  • Replacement pieces can be purchased individually at a custom cost if required.

Terms & Conditions: $1 Replacement Parts 

At 21 Overlays, we understand that mistakes can happen during installation — that's why we offer our $1 Replacement Parts policy to help you out.

By requesting a replacement under this offer, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Eligibility:

    • The $1 replacement offer applies only to individual products or kits valued at $65 AUD or less at the time of purchase.

  2. Higher-Value Products:

    • For products valued over $65 AUD, we offer a 50% discount on a replacement item or custom pricing depending on the specific product and replacement needs.

  3. Proof of Purchase:

    • A valid order number or must be provided to verify the original purchase and a photo of the issue encountered.

  4. Installation Errors Only:

    • This policy is intended to cover installation-related errors only, not damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper surface preparation.

  5. Shipping Fees:

    • Replacement products will incur another shipping cost to be covered by the customer. 

  6. Limitations:

    • This offer is limited to one $1 replacement per product, per order.

  7. How to Claim:

    • To request a replacement, contact our support team with your order details, a brief explanation of the issue, and photos.
