Pre-cut PPF templates will end 2-3 mm from the edge of the panel as PPF is not able to end on a round/edge.

How hard is PPF to install?

Our DIY kits include detailed video instructions. However, installation is at your own risk — we don’t offer free replacements for failed installs or damaged pieces. Replacements must be repurchased individually. We recommend reviewing the install process and assessing your ability prior to purchase.

Can I return the PPF product?*

Due to the custom nature of our PPF kits, we do not offer returns or refunds for:

Lack of ability to install the product successfully
Damaged film caused during installation

Change of mind/incorrect product purchase returns will be accepted within 28 days of purchase, however a 20% restocking fee is applied to the refund amount. See our full PPF terms and conditions here.

What is the warranty on the film?

All our DIY kits come with either a 5 year or 12 year film warranty, depending on the selection made when purchasing.

What are the benefits of the film?

Paint Protection Film is a thick, self healing film that protects your paint from road debris, scratches, stone chips etc. Unlike vinyl and ceramic coating this film has a chemical composition that allows it to self heal. This means when impacted by external factors it can absorb these abrasions without changing in appearance. It is the best protective option currently available.

My order arrived damaged/faulty?

You must assess your items once received. If you order is damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order so we can assess the issue and provide a solution for you.

What if I ruin part of my PPF product/kit?

We recommend reviewing the install process and assessing your ability prior to purchasing as we don't offer free replacements or compensation for failing to install your kit successfully. If you do ruin part of your product or kit contact our team and they will be able to arrange a custom price for a replacement piece. See full policy here.
