Yes, all of our overlays are fully removable and designed with automotive-safe materials that won't damage your paint or factory badges when removed correctly. If you ever decide to take them off, simply apply gentle heat (like a hairdryer or heat gun) to soften the adhesive, then peel them away cleanly. No residue, no damage — just your original surface underneath.
21 Overlays accepts returns within 28 days of the delivery date. Product must be returned in the same condition it arrived to be eligible for a partial refund or store credit.

Clean the area with warm soapy water or an alcohol spray/wipe to remove any dirt and dust prior to installing. Dry the area completely with a microfibre. If you have ordered more than one Ford badge overlay you will need to cut around each of them to separate them prior to installing.
Once the badges are separated from one another, peel the badge from the backing paper using the transfer tape. Position the badge overlay on the corresponding badge and gently tack in the middle, step back and assess. If you need to move it gently peel off and re adjust.
Once in the correct position, starting from the middle apply pressure with your finger and smooth out in a circular motion moving further away from the centre as you go. If a crease appears, attempt to lift that section of the vinyl and smooth out.
Gently peel back the transfer tape to reveal the finished Ford Badge Overlay. To further assist the vinyl in adhering you can lightly apply heat with a heat gun or hair dryer. Repeat above steps with remaining badges.

"Good from afar but far from good. I think this is mainly about my installation - I struggled with the curvature, and ended up with several creases. The material feels good, but I have to say I was disappointed when I realised the writing was another layer of vinyl, rather than printed as I expected. It added a layer of complexity to the install that tested me! The colour and finish look great, and as per the video from a standoff it looks the biz. Up close my install fails show and I suspect will shorten the lifespan. Next time I’ll wait til I’m going to Sydney and get the pros to do it…"
